Love has vast experience in Intercultural relations and communications, gained from her studies and work in several countries.

Having graduated from the University of Benin with a First Class from the Foreign Languages department, and bagging the Deans Prize for Best Student in the Faculty of Arts, and the only First Class graduate from the Faculty for the session 2010/2011, Love Aludo went on to become the first NYSC member to be recruited by the Institut Francais du Nigeria of the French Embassy in Abuja in the same year. She served as a Language Consultant there, and seized the opportunity to participate in the International Competition “Allons en France”, where she emerged the only Nigerian winner, earning a place as the Nigerian delegate among 140 winners from around the world, for the Conference on Human Rights in Paris/Strasbourg organised by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Maison des Cultures du Monde.

Owing to the success of the 2012 sessions on Human Rights, the Allons en France Competition changed its name to LabCitoyen, where the themes now revolve only around human rights in the world.

An erudite youth per excellence, Love Aludo has pursued her higher Education with passion, earning her Masters degrees from France, the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain, also bagging in the process, the prestigious Erasmus scholarship of the European Commission and generous sponsorship by the First Lady of Lagos State, Her Excellency Mrs Patience Ambode.

Her thesis on the Underrepresentation of Women in the Nigerian Parliament is one of the most impressive ever written on the subject, and the most practical in terms of essays written on the subject with a definite perspective and guidelines for action.
